BBQ FRIDAYS:
Fridays we're hosting a BBQ lunch with a fabulous, authentic, Tennessee Pit Master named Joseph Perkins. It's a lunch time feast, from 11am until 2pm. It's the best BBQ in the NorthWest. Space available:
7,000 + sq. ft. (The space can be subdivided) available in a warehouse space in centrally located SE Portland, industrial neighborhood right across the river from downtown. The space has 14 ft ceilings, 14 ft roll door leading from space directly into private parking lot. Space has its own driveway from street, and a bathroom. All the power you need, Wi- Fi and security. This is a multi use space which can be used for anything from offices to storage. Drive in ramp for loading and unloading. Space for as low as $1 a square foot per month! Depending on needs.

Office spaces:
$325-350 a month. All utilities included security, wi-fi, air conditioning and heat.

Kitchen Space for lease: licensed, and permitted commercial kitchen for rent. It is available for rent, with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rates. $15-$35 per hour; Easy access loading dock. Storage available for as low as $30 per month.

Rehearsal Studio:
Fully equipped rehearsal studios. $25 hr complete with PA. Call about our monthly studio spaces ($350-$550). Subject to availability.

AudioCinema has an amazing advertising opportunity. On top of our centrally located warehouse in SE PDX, we have a one of a kind, two sided vintage light box sign for rent. Currently it is displaying Pabst Blue Ribbon, if you ever go across the Hawthorne bridge, then you have seen it! . Here is a chance to advertise the old school way and become part of the PDX Skyline! Pilates or Gyrotonic®
Want to get in shape for summer? Come do a group Pilates Mat Class or a private Pilates or Gyrotonic® session at my studio, located on the top floor of AudioCinema. For a class schedule, please contact me at sarah@audiocinema.org or call the office at 503 467 4554. Currently there are a couple of mixed-level classes, as well as a Mama/Baby Class. The prices are $15 for a drop-in or $48 for four classes. For those of you interested in trying a private session, I'm offering 20% off your first session. SUBMISSIONS Call to all local Film Makers
We are now accepting submissions for the AudioCinema Portland Independent Film Night. This will be a night solely for local filmmaker's amateur, professionals and artists that have experimented with the medium of video. We want it all. You have until 4pm the July 14 to turn your short in. 226 SE Madison PDX OR. 97214 All films will be ten minutes or less. Ten minutes is not the goal to shoot for but the maximum. You can definitely give us multiple videos that equal ten minutes. Shorts must be turned in on a DVD .wmv, .mov, .mpeg, .avi will all be accepted. We need a data only disk. Please drop films in mail box. The films will be shown on July 18th Doors open at 7:30pm We accept all genres of shorts: art films, music videos, documentaries, plot driven stories, sketch comedy, animation, etc.

Name of production team, or person who made film with contact information.
Length of short (including credits)
Genre (we understand that some shorts can not be categorized but please try)

We've transformed an upstairs room at AudioCinema into a gorgeous studio complete with brand new cushioned hardwood floors and our Cobra® pulley tower, as well as other wonderful equipment. If you haven't seen the Gyrotonic equipment, it's a sight to behold! And it makes each session fun as well as beneficial. For those of you interested in trying a private session, I'm offering 20% off your first session.
