We have many great long term options available for artists and musicians at AudioCinema.
We have over 30 rehearsal rooms/art studios/creative offices available inside our facilities.
The spaces range in price from $350-$850 dollars based on size and available amenities.  Audio studios are sound-reinforced  with staggered stud and double wall construction. Art/movment studios have varying amenities such as exhaust fans, hardwood floors, natural light, etc.  Each room has an individual power circuit and the buildings lights are on seperate circuits to help reduce ground hum for amps and recordings.  Other features of monthly rental includes free wi-fi and utilities, easy load-in/out with a loading dock and garage doors, casual use of our common areas, on site snack and equipment vending, excellent security, 24 hour access, and a discount on many of our other services (locker rental, stage/production space rental, recording studio rental). Sharing is okay.

Art studio/creative space

This space will be available March 1. This space is on our main floor and measures approx. 13' x 16'.  It includes electric heat, an AC unit, hardwood floors, and a hallway/entryway that is private.  This would be a great room for any style of artist and would also serve well as an office space for many creative endeavours, or an audio or video production lab.  This space has a close proximity to our front door making access a breeze.   Contact us with questions or to inquire about price.
